About Harry

Harry (aka Harold) is a sweet and goofy 3 year old Black Labrador mix who LOVES people and is approximately 80 pounds. He is dog door trained, house trained, crate trained and walks well on a leash. He sleeps soundly all night in a crate, but his preference would be in bed with a human. Harry is very intelligent and knows heel, sit, down, paw, stay, leave it and off. He has gained so much confidence through training and he can't wait to blossom into the amazing dog he so wants to be! Harold does have some anxiety with wind and ceiling fans, but has been working really hard to overcome it. He has done well with his training and his family will need to be patient and consistent with him. Whoever welcomes Harry into their family will have several sessions with the trainer in Phoenix. He really enjoys toys and will entertain himself by emptying them all out of the box and playing with each one. He loves a game of fetch and even rolls the ball around to keep the game going. Sweet Harry wants to be with his people at all times. During the workday, he will keep you company and lay by your feet. He enjoys belly scratches, hugs and kisses. Harold is super goofy and so much fun. He should not be in a house with cats and gets along well with larger dogs, but would prefer to be the star of the family. He has not been kid tested but does well with high school aged children. Harry is a very loving dog who is looking to find a home that will make him a big part of their lives!!
