About Halligan

Meet Halligan! Halligan is a lab mix who was adopted from Husky House as a puppy, but unfortunately his owner passed away and so he is looking for a new loving forever home. Halligan is friendly with volunteers and knows “sit” and “paw”! Halligan's ideal home is an adult-only household where he can be the only dog.
