About Juliette

Meet Juliette! She is looking for a forever home where she can have time to settle in and be herself. She is quite timid and will require a secure, fenced in back yard to run in. We don't know everything about Juliette's background but she is sensitive to having her collar touched and tends to drop to the ground if you go to grab her collar. Despite being a little shy, she is a very playful dog and would do well with another canine friend to live with. She gets along with other dogs of all sizes and plays very well with her 7 pound foster sibling. Juliette had not been cat tested so we are not sure how she would do in a home with other cats. She is potty trained and kennel trained. She loves her kennel and prefers to be in there when home alone because she is pretty anxious. Juliette does have some minor resource guarding and does not like if other dogs get near her food bowl so it is best to separate her into her kennel for feeding times. Juliette's adoption fee is $250 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives, as well as a free basic obedience course at Cedar Run #2 in Hiawatha. Last hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor only pets and that adopters have a history of keeping their pets altered and current on vaccinations.
