About Biscuit (bonded with Daisy)

Biscuit is an approximately 3-4 year old chihuahua/terrier mix who came to us on 10/4/2025 with her housemate Daisy. Their owner passed away. Biscuit and Daisy have always been together and are considered a "bonded pair". The girls were extremely shy when they first came to us which is why it has taken us so long to put them up for adoption. They are now fully vetted and ready for a new home. The fee for both of them is $250. The two girls are looking for an ADULT only home. Teens are okay. They will require a lot of patience and some basic training. They are very shy with new people but blossom into fun loving characters once they're comfortable. They did live with other small dogs. We were told by family members that Biscuit is not good with cats. FENCED YARD REQUIRED. NOTE: Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South. We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.
