11/14/2025Xena is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Xena! I am a beautiful 10-year-old flashy fawn girl that is an owner surrender due to changes in my family's dynamics, them moving, and have no place to keep me. I am a proud member of the rescue's Silver Heart Program so be sure and ask about it because there are many perks for my adoptive family! I am described as friendly, calm, playful, quiet, and affectionate! I live with another dog and am said to be dog friendly. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. I currently live with three kids (ages 7 months, 12 and 15 years) and do well with them! I would need assistance learning house and crate training manners in my new home. I sleep inside and if the humans must be away, I am good being left alone. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. I love playing and sleeping and would love to have a forever family that lets me do both!
