About RUSTY

Rusty is an affectionate, easygoing guy who’s thriving in foster care. He settled in right away, picked out a favorite toy from a basket, and made himself at home. He's a total cuddle bug who follows his foster around like a little shadow and loves to curl up in a lap for naps. He enjoys short bursts of play with squeaky toys, but his favorite thing is working on a pupcicle treat toy.He's housetrained with no accidents reported and has good leash manners, though he may pull a bit if he spots another dog or wildlife—he’s easily redirected. Rusty rides well in the car with a seatbelt leash and has been calm and polite during outings. He greets new people gently without jumping or barking. He prefers not to share space with other dogs and we're unsure about cats.
