About Bear

Bear is an 8 month old male Australian Cattle Dog mix, whose adorably expressive ears and hopeful smile are sure to win your heart! He is a shy, tender-hearted pup who's still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. Bear was a young puppy when brought into the shelter with his siblings, so he has basically grown up without knowing the comforts of a home. Yet Bear has so many wonderful traits that will make him an amazing companion, with his lovable nature, adorable playfulness, and gentle spirit. Plus he is young and eager to learn from his human friends. Bear doesn't ask for much, simply hoping to find a loving family to call his own … the ones who will give him the security and love to allow him to blossom into the loyal devoted companion he was born to be! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
