He was found as a stray in Leavenworth County alongside his brother, Tommy, and despite whatever journey he's been on, Toby's heart is full of nothing but love. He moves at a slower pace these days and much prefers the simple comforts in life — a soft couch, a warm blanket, and someone to sit beside him while he quietly enjoys your company.
