About Sailor

Cuteness overload!! Sailor is a 1 year old 55 lbs rescue came into our rescue when we were told about four dogs that were living with an unhoused man who allowed the dogs to roam freely in the streets while dodging traffic. Thankfully, we were able to get him to surrender all of the dogs to us. We got them straight to our vet where they were all fully vetted. He is now looking for his forever home! This sweet boy is a 1-year-old, 54lb,Kelpie / Akita. He wants to please and craves human companionship. He is just freaking awesome, can be goofy and playful, it's just so rewarding to see a pup that had absolutely nothing and no future to see him play with toys and bones for the first time is priceless. Also he is not resource guarding and very willing to share if we tell him to. What a fantastic dog and so loyal. Someone that is not gone long hours during the day, and a home with a safe and secure yard for him to play in. Active owners that will walk daily is exactly what he needs! He is such a wonderful dog and is good with everyone he meets! He deserves the best forever home out there and we won't stop till we find it! This one is like hitting the Jackpot. ❤️ He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
