OUT US DDR was founded in Moon Township, PA in 2006. Since then, DDR has grown to cover the entire north eastern US. DDR was established on the idea of helping Dobermans in need and since then have expanded our help to include the Miniature Pinscher breed as well as other breeds we have experience with.
