We are a volunteer-based, foster-based rescue located in Wilmington NC. NC is the third highest state euthanizing healthy pups/puppies. Our goal is to help reduce the euthanizing of these pups/puppies by taking from shelters to provide more space. We also do education with our community to keep them aware of the crisis.
