PROUD ANIMAL LOVERS SHELTER

PALS was formed in 2010 as a state-licensed, no-kill shelter in a low-income, rural part of Kansas. We operate without city, state, or other organization funding, and depend on adoption fees, fundraising, donations, and grants. We typically house about 25 dogs and 10 cats.
