BCS Spay

Provide spay/neuter vouchers, mostly for feral cats, to control the number of stray cats in our area. Cats that are too feral to adopt are mostly killed if wind up at a local shelter - better to manage their numbers through trap, spay/neuter, vaccination, and return to managed colonies. We also microchip them so can be rescued from animal shelters if need be.
