The Kaua`i Humane Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering respect, responsibility and compassion for all animals and enriching lives by nurturing healthy relationships between pets and people on the island of Kaua`i and beyond. KHS is a local, independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization. KHS has been serving the island of Kauaâi as its only open-intake animal shelter since 1952.
