Central Arkansas Rescue Effort for Animals

Created in 1998, Central Arkansas Rescue Effort (CARE) for Animals has grown from an initial group of four volunteers into an organization with three employees and hundreds of volunteers who devote thousands of hours to its rescue and spay/neuter efforts. CARE’s mission, put simply, is this: Rescue. Rehome. Spay. Neuter. CARE primarily rescues cats and dogs at risk of euthanasia at kill shelters in Central Arkansas.
